Goals announces that on 31 March 2010 Morris Payton, a director of the Company, and his wife, Susan Payton, transferred a total of 12,280 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') into their Self Invested Personal Pensions ('SIPPs').
Accordingly, a total of 12,280 Ordinary Shares were sold by Morris and his wife at a price of 164.5p per share and a total of 12,280 Ordinary Shares were bought by their SIPPs at a price of 164.5p per share.
Following these transactions, Morris Payton and persons connected to him are interested in 242,576 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.5 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
