Goals announces that Philip Burks, Non-Executive Director, has today notified the Company that he does not intend to stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting in May and will therefore stand down as a Director at that time.
Keith Edelman, Non-Executive Chairman of Goals, commented:
"Philip has made a major contribution to the Company over the last 5 years as the senior non-executive director, including being a member of the remuneration, nomination and audit committees. On behalf of the board I would like to thank Philip for all his hard work and support which he has shown me in my time as Chairman."
