The company has on 3 October 2019 granted awards to its executive director under the Performance Share Plan 2013 ("LTIP").
The award has a vesting date of 3 October 2022 and is exercisable from 4 October 2022 to 2 October 2029.
The performance conditions applicable to the awards are as set out in the directors' remuneration report contained with the 2019 annual report.
