Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulations.
On 17th May 2021, the following deferred bonus awards over ordinary shares of 1 pence in ContourGlobal plc ("Shares") were granted under the ContourGlobal plc Long Term Incentive Plan to the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities:

The award is structured as a conditional award of shares and will ordinarily vest on 10th March 2023. Pursuant to the Company's remuneration policy requiring that any bonus in excess of 50% of maximum be deferred into shares for a period of two years, the deferred bonus awards represent a deferral of 41% of the bonus amount determined for Mr. Brandt and Mr. Schellinger respectively for the 2020 bonus year.
