Gresham Computing plc (the "Company") has received notification that on 8 August 2011, Kestrel Opportunities, a cell of Guernsey Portfolios PCC Limited ("Kestrel Opportunities"), acquired 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 48.22 pence per share and acquired 70,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 48.21 pence per share.
Kestrel Partners LLP, which Max Royde (Non-executive Director of the Company) is a partner of and holds a beneficial interest in, is the investment manager to Kestrel Opportunities. Mr Royde is also a shareholder in Kestrel Opportunities.
Kestrel Opportunities holds 3,477,854 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 6.0 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
