On 29 April 2010, the Company was notified of the following transaction that took place on that day, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
Eric Sepkes (Chairman), through his pension scheme, purchased 160,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Shares"), representing 0.30% of the outstanding share capital of the Company, at a price of 15.5 pence per Share. As a result, Eric Sepkes has increased his beneficial interest in Shares to 248,000, representing 0.47% of the outstanding share capital. Eric continues to hold options over 400,000 ordinary shares.
The percentages shown above are based on the Company's issued share capital of 52,850,890.
