On 28 October 2008, the Company was notified of the following transaction that took place on 24 October 2008, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
Eric Sepkes (Chairman) transferred 88,000 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 0.17% of the outstanding share capital, to his pension scheme at a price of 55 pence per share.
No change in beneficial ownership occurred as a result of this transaction and therefore Eric's beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company remained at 88,000 shares, representing 0.17% of the outstanding share capital. Eric continues to hold options over 400,000 ordinary shares.
The percentages shown above are based on the Company's issued share capital of 52,850,890.
