Gresham Computing PLC06 May 2008 For immediate release Gresham Computing plc ("Gresham" or "the Company") Director/PDMR Shareholding Director share purchases On 6 May 2008, the Company was notified of the following transactions, that tookplace on 2 May 2008, in accordance with DR 3.1.2R of the Disclosure andTransparency Rules. Eric Sepkes (Chairman) purchased 73,500 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Shares"), representing 0.14% of the outstanding issued share capital of the Company,at a price of 67 pence per Share. Andrew Walton-Green (CEO) purchased 36,500 Shares, representing 0.07% of theoutstanding issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 67 pence perShare. Interests as a result of the above transactions Eric Sepkes is now beneficially interested in a total of 73,500 Shares,representing approximately 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company, andholds options over a total of 400,000 Shares. Andrew Walton-Green is now beneficially interested in a total of 756,513 Shares,representing approximately 1.43% of the issued share capital of the Company, andholds options over a total of 1,057,897 Shares.
