Dividend currency conversion rate
At the Annual General Meeting of Georgia Healthcare Group PLC (the "Company") (LSE: GHG) held on 22 May 2019, shareholders approved the payment of an annual dividend of Georgian Lari 0.053 per ordinary share in respect of the period ended 31 December 2018 to ordinary shareholders of the Company on the register of members at the close of business on 28 June 2019, in British Pounds Sterling, pursuant to the following timetable:
Ex-Dividend Date: 27 June 2019
Record Date: 28 June 2019
Currency Conversion Date: 28 June 2019
Payment Date: 12 July 2019
The Company hereby confirms that the National Bank of Georgia Georgian Lari / British Pounds Sterling exchange rate as of 28 June 2019 is 3.6622 and shall be used to pay dividends to ordinary shareholders of the Company on 12 July 2019.
Those shareholders who have not provided the appropriate bank account details to Computershare Investor Services PLC for payment of the dividend will be paid the dividend by cheque in British Pounds Sterling.
