Gresham House notifies that Michael Phillips, Strategic Development Director, will step down from the Board of the Company with effect from 31 December 2016.
As part of an orderly transition Michael will continue to work for the Company until 30th June 2017 and continue to oversee the legacy property assets alongside Kevin Acton, Finance Director. These assets remain non-core as previously notified.
Tony Dalwood, CEO of Gresham House commented:
"Mike and I have worked closely together over the last two years to firmly establish Gresham House as a specialist asset manager.
