Completion of acquisition and TVR
Further to the announcement on 8 October 2010, the Board of Gresham House is pleased to announce that the acquisition of a further 10 per cent. shareholding in Memorial Holdings Limited ("Memorial") has been completed today and 488,000 new ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company have been admitted today to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.
The Company's issued share capital now consists of 5,369,880 Ordinary Shares, all with equal voting rights. As the Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury its total number of voting rights equals its issued share capital. The figure above may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's DTR.
