Grant of Options
London & Dublin | October 4, 2019: GAN plc ("GAN" or the "Company"), announces today the grant of 400,000 options over ordinary shares to each of Seamus McGill, Michael Smurfit Jr. and David Goldberg and 900,000 options over ordinary shares to Dermot Smurfit. The options were granted with an exercise price of 74p each, being the closing price on 30 September 2019.
The options vest over a three-year period in equal tranches and have been granted under the Company's employee share option scheme and as part of an award to a significant number of employees with certain service lengths.
Including this award, the total number of extant options over ordinary shares issued to the Directors is 5,146,000 and represents 6.03% of the issued share capital of 85,410,199 ordinary shares.
