Director's Share Dealing
The Company received notification that Robin Taylor, Non-executive Director of Fusionex, acquired 3,836 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 130 pence per Ordinary Share on 27 January 2016. Following the purchase, Robin Taylor has a beneficial interest of 16,663 Ordinary Shares, 0.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
