The Fulham Shore plc (AIM: FUL) has today been informed that Nick Donaldson, Director of the Company, purchased 146,236 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") via his SIPP on 6 September 2017 at a price of 13.45p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Donaldson now has a total beneficial interest in 13,190,573 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 2.31% of the Company's issued share capital.
