The Board of ForesightΒ 4Β VCT is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of the Offer for Subscription datedΒ 17Β OctoberΒ 2008 (the "Offer") thatΒ 27,131,Β Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in ForesightΒ 4Β VCT plc were allotted onΒ 15 MayΒ 2009Β atΒ 103.0Β pence per share.Β
Application has been made for the admission of theΒ 27,131Β Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in ForesightΒ 4Β VCT plc to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities.
Total shares allotted to date under the Offer by the Company now totalΒ 1,401,528Β Ordinary Shares. Following this allotment there areΒ nowΒ 24,542,012Β Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.Β
