Formation announces that it has received notification of the following Director's dealing made today:

Mr Noel O'Carroll, property director, purchased 255,316 ordinary shares in the Group at 2.7p per share. Following this purchase, the total holding of Noel O'Carroll in the Group amounts to 255,316 ordinary shares (representing approximately 0.12 per cent of the issued share capital).
