FOGL, the oil and gas exploration company focused on its extensive licence areas to the South and East of the Falkland Islands, is pleased to announce that Colin More (49), currently Exploration Manager for FOGL, will be joining the Board as Exploration Director, effective immediately.

Colin joined FOGL in April 2006 and has 26 years experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr More joined FOGL from Paladin Resources plc where he was the Exploration Manager in the UK having previously been the Exploration Manager at Cairn Energy, initially responsible for China, before moving on to India. Mr More has previously worked in technical positions at Conoco and Scott Pickford.

Richard Liddell, Chairman of FOGL, said:

"We are delighted to welcome Colin to the FOGL Board. Colin's experience and hard work were crucial in securing a blue-chip farm-in partner in BHP Billiton. The appointment is in recognition of his contribution in helping FOGL progress rapidly to the stage where it can look forward to commencing its first exploration drilling programme."
