Flybe Group Plc ("Flybe" or the "Company")
The Company announces that it was notified on 9 June 2017 that Floyd Widener, husband to Christine Ourmieres-Widener, Chief Executive Officer of the Company that day acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company through his stockbroker in the US at a price of $0.45 per share. Based upon the exchange rate quoted by the broker of $1.29 to £1, the sterling equivalent price would have been 34.9p per share.
Ms Ourmieres-Widener already holds 119,760 shares in the Company and her total interest, when including her husband's holding amounts to 219,760 shares, representing 0.101% of the issued share capital.
