Flybe announces that on 12 March 2015, the following Director share purchase was made in the ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
· David Kappler, a non-executive director of the Company purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, at a price of 58p per share.
Following this transaction, David Kappler's beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company is as follows:
