Company Update
Fishing Republic announces that, further to the recent updates, the Directors, having taken advice from Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, have today filed notice of intention to appoint administrators to Fishing Republic plc. It is anticipated that administrators will be appointed in the next few days.
A further announcement will be made as soon as is practicable.
The Company's shares remain suspended from trading on AIM.
