Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that on 6th April 2017, Zoe Morgan, a non-executive Director, purchased 29,248 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a purchase price of 105.94 pence per Ordinary Share and that on 7th April 2017, she bought a further 19,799 Ordinary Shares at a price of 106 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchases, Mrs Morgan holds 70,028 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
