Board change
Fast Forward Innovations Limited announces that Stephen Dattels, Co-Chairman of the Company, has resigned from his role with the Company with immediate effect. As a result, Jim Mellon, current Co-Chairman, will assume the role of Chairman.
Lorne Abony, CEO said "Stephen was the founder of FastForward and has been a driving force in developing the Company's strategy and its excellent portfolio of investments. He leaves with our best wishes for whatever new projects he undertakes in the future. The Board will continue to assess its effectiveness and will consider adding an additional non-executive director in the future, if considered appropriate."
