Federal Grid Company Announces Management Board Changes

Moscow, 1 November 2016 - Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System ("Federal Grid Company" or "the Company"; Moscow Exchange, LSE: FEES), part of PJSC ROSSETI Group of Companies, and the owner and operator of the Unified National Electricity Grid ("UNEG"), announces that on 27 October 2016 its Board of Directors approved the appointment of Roman Filimonov and Alexey Molsky to the Management Board.

The current composition of the Management Board of Federal Grid Company is as follows:

· Andrey Murov - Chairman of the Management Board of Federal Grid Company;

· Vladimir Dikoy - Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Engineer of Federal Grid Company;

· Roman Filimonov - First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Federal Grid Company;

· Alexey Molsky - Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Federal Grid Company;

· Nikolay Pozdnyakov - Chief Executive Officer of CIUS EES;

· Maria Tikhonova - Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Federal Grid Company;

· Alexander Vasiliev - Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Federal Grid Company;

· Alexander Zaragatsky - First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Federal Grid Company.
