Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11, and further to the Company's announcement on 18th August 2015, the Company announces that Andy Skelton joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer with effect from today.
Andy Malpass stepped down as Chief Financial Officer today but will remain an executive director until the announcement of the 2015 preliminary results in February 2016.
