Option Exercise
finnCap today announces that Tom Hayward, an executive director of finnCap, has exercised options over 173,076 shares at a price of 10.4p per share under the finnCap SAYE Plan.
Following the exercise of these options, Tom Hayward has a beneficial interest in 3,766,428 ordinary shares, representing 2.19 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company, and has options over 600,000 ordinary shares
Following the exercise of these options by Tom Hayward and the exercise of options by other employees pursuant to the finnCap SAYE Plan, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 171,899,311 and shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
