finnCap Group plc (AIM: FCAP) (the "Company"), today announces that Tom Hayward, a director of the Company, has transferred 90,909 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding into his ISA with effect from 3 December 2020. The shares were transferred for nil value and represent 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Following this transfer of shares, Tom Hayward's beneficial interest over 3,766,428 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.17 per cent of the current total voting rights of the Company remains unchanged. The Company's shares referred to above are finnCap Group plc ordinary shares of 1 pence each and the total number of shares in issue is 173,699,300.
