Directorate Changes

Further to its announcement of 14 February 2020, the Company is pleased to confirm that Richard Snow has today commenced his employment as the Group's Chief Financial Officer and has been appointed to the Board of finnCap. The Company also announces that Ms. Vin Murria has today resigned from the Company's Board with immediate effect to allow her to focus more on her other interests.

Jon Moulton said: "We are delighted to welcome Richard to the Board and I look forward to working with him as we navigate the current challenges posed by Covid-19. At the same time we wish Vin well in her future endeavours and I would like to thank her for her contribution to the Group, particularly during the transformational acquisition of Cavendish Corporate Finance and listing on AIM."
