finnCap Group plc (AIM: FCAP) (the "Company") today announces that Sam Smith, an executive director of the Company, has transferred 350,000 shares from her personal holding into her SIPP. The shares were transferred at a price of 31.25p per share.
Following these transactions, Sam Smith continues to have a beneficial interest in 17,830,000 ordinary shares, representing 9.92% of the Company's issued share capital.
