AGM Update
Further to its announcement on 7 July and the notice of annual general meeting posted the same day, finnCap Group PLC (the Group) is pleased to confirm that its annual general meeting will be open for shareholders to attend in person at the Company's registered office address, 1 Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL at 10:30am on Thursday 23 September 2021.
Accordingly, the live webcast on the Investor Meet Company platform has been cancelled. The next webcast presentation will be held in conjunction with the Group's interim results. Further information on how to join that webcast will be announced in due course.
In line with its usual practice, the Group will provide an update on trading on the day of (and in advance of) the AGM.
