On 9 May 2016, Paul Barry, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), sold 27,747 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") in Exova Group plc (the "Company") as set out in column 3 in order to discharge tax liabilities arising upon exercise of a bonus share award as set out in the Company's RNS announcement dated 5 May 2016.
