Exova acquires Metallurgical Services Private Limited
Exova Group plc ("Exova"), a leading provider of laboratory-based testing and related advisory services, announces that it has acquired Metallurgical Services Private Limited ("Metallurgical Services"), an Indian-based provider of metallurgical, mechanical, corrosion and other testing services.
Metallurgical Services supports clients in high growth sectors including oil & gas, industrials and infrastructure across India. Established in 1964, Metallurgical Services is based in Mumbai and employs 130 staff. Metallurgical Services will form part of Exova's Rest of World region and Oil & Gas and Industrials business cluster.
Ian El-Mokadem, Chief Executive Officer of Exova, commented:
