The CompanyΒ announces thatΒ all of the resolutions, with the exception of special resolution number 12 put to theΒ Annual General Meeting heldΒ at 11.00 a.m.Β todayΒ were passed on a poll. Resolution 8 for the re-appointment of Pavel Chernienko as a director was not put to the meeting.
