Total Voting Rights
Following completion of the Placing announced on 23 October 2014, the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company comprises 3,672,534,360 ordinary shares of 0.01p each. The total number of voting rights in Armstrong is therefore 3,672,534,360 and this number may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
