Change of Director's Interest
Ferrum Crescent announces that it has today been advised that on 27 March 2013 Edward Nealon, Executive Chairman of Ferrum Crescent, bought 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of AUD 0.017. Following the purchase, Edward Nealon has a direct interest in 6,434,532 Ordinary Shares representing 1.96% of the total issued share capital.
