Issue ofย Class S shares
Entertainment One Ltd. today announces thatย it has issuedย 1,152,047ย new Class S shares. These newย Class S sharesย have been allottedย in full and final settlement of the deferred consideration related to the acquisition of Maximum Film Distribution Inc. and Maximum Film International Inc. in September 2008. These Class S Shares rank pari passu with the existing Class S shares in the share capital of the company.ย
Following the issue of the Class S Shares, the total number of ordinary shares in theย Companyย willย remain at 130,337,061ย andย the total number ofย Class S sharesย will beย 17,710,897.ย ย
Theย above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
