Entertainment One Ltd., the international entertainment group, today makes the following disclosure in relation to Mark Opzoomer, one of its non-executive directors, pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14 of the Financial Conduct Authority Listing Rules: Mark Opzoomer notified the Company on 16 August 2013 that Zattikka plc and Hattrick Europe Limited, companies that he is a director of, were both placed into administration on 5 August 2013.

There are no further disclosures required under Listing Rule 9.6.14 of the Financial Conduct Authority Listing Rules.
