NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN DIRECTOR'S RESPONSIBILITIES

Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC (Euromoney) today announces that Imogen Joss, an independent non-executive director of the Company, will replace John Botts as Chair of the Remuneration Committee, following the previously announced retirement of Mr Botts, the Chairman of the Company, after the Company's next AGM on 1 February 2018.
Ms Joss joined the Board in November 2017 and also chairs the remuneration committees of the International Property Securities Exchange (IPSX) and Gresham Technologies plc.
