Change of auditor
Epwin Group Plc (AIM: EPWN) ("Epwin", the "Company" or the "Group"), the leading manufacturer of low maintenance building products, supplying the Repair, Maintenance and Improvement ("RMI"), new build and social housing sectors, is pleased to announce the appointment of RSM UK Audit LLP ("RSM") as its independent auditor with immediate effect.
Following a competitive tender process, the Board has approved the appointment of RSM as the Group's auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2021. The re-appointment of RSM for the financial year ending 31 December 2022 will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting.
In accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, the previous auditor, KPMG LLP, has provided a statement confirming that there is no matter that needs to be brought to the attention of the company's members or creditors.
