Earthport PLC19 December 2007 19 December 2007 For immediate release Earthport plc ("Earthport" or the "Company") Result of Annual General Meeting and Total Voting Rights All proposed resolutions were passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today with the exception of Resolution 2 which was not put before the meeting. In accordance with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the Company provides notification of the total voting rights attaching to its share capital. As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consistsof 65,991,261 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 10 pence each, with votingrights. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company to determine if they arerequired to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
