Payments Institution Authorisation

Earthport plc, the global payments utility, is pleased to announce that it has been authorised by the Financial Services Authority ("FSA") as an "Authorised Payments Institution". Under the Payment Services Regulations 2009 the Company is authorised to carry out Payment Services under the firm reference number 537580.

Earthport is also registered with HMRC as a Money Services Business (which enforces compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations).
