Purchase of shares / PDMR Shareholding
Earthport plc (AIM: EPO.L) today announces that Mike Steinharter (Chief Commercial Officer) bought on Tuesday, 3rd April 2018 in the open market 147,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 11.45p per Ordinary Share.
Following this, Mr Steinharter's aggregate interest in Earthport totals to 147,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
