Delivery/Issue of Shares

Earthport plc (AIM: EPO.L) today announces that Hank Uberoi (Chief Executive) became entitled to 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the company in connection with the vesting of previously granted and announced restricted stock units, which were part of his remuneration for specific years. 1,060,000 ordinary shares were transferred to him for no payment by the trustee of the company's employee share ownership plan trust and the balance of the ordinary shares were retained by the trustee in settlement of tax withholding obligations. 

Following this, Mr Uberoi's aggregate controlled interest in Earthport totals to 26,980,121 ordinary shares, representing 5.66 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
