Completion of Placing

Earthport, the global payments utility, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement made on 22 October 2012 regarding the successful placing and subscription of 55,186,372 new ordinary shares (the "New Ordinary Shares"), the Company confirms that all the New Ordinary Shares have now been admitted to AIM and the Placing has completed.

As previously announced, of the 55,186,372 new Ordinary Shares, the issue of 3,151,724 New Ordinary Shares was conditional upon the approval of HMRC that these shares qualify for EIS taxation relief ("EIS Shares"). The Company has now received this approval and as such an application was made for EIS Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM with admission affective as of today.

Following the admission of the EIS Shares, the Company's enlarged issued share capital comprises 340,309,835 ordinary shares with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury.
