Announcement of First Interim Dividend
The Company has today declared its first interim dividend payment in respect of the period from its launch on 28 October 2014 to 31 December 2014 of 0.9685 pence per share as detailed in the schedule below:
Interim ordinary dividend 0.2541 pence per share
Interim Property Income Distribution (PID) 0.7144 pence per share
Ex-Dividend Date: 29 January 2015
Record Date: 30 January 2015
Pay Date: 6 February 2015
It is anticipated that the Company will pay a further monthly dividend of 0.4583 pence per share in February 2015 (for the month to 31 January). Thereafter dividends are expected to be paid on a monthly basis at a rate consistent with the target yield of 5.5% per annum.
The Court approved the cancellation of the Company's share premium account on 21 January 2015.
