EMIS Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 15 June 2016, that Capita IRG Trustees Limited as Trustees of the EMIS Group Share Incentive Plan (SIP), had purchased on 13 June 2016 the following Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of 1004.00 pence per share on behalf of the Executive Directors listed below:
