In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:
As at 31 July 2011, the capital with voting rights of Electra Private Equity PLC consisted of 35,340,391 ordinary shares of 25p each. The Company has no shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Electra Private Equity PLC is 35,340,391.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of Electra Private Equity PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
