In light of the resolution adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting of Edita Food Industries SAE convened on Sunday, November 5, 2023 approving the proposed profit distribution from the Company's retained earnings as of the Company's financial statements as of December 31, 2022, the Company announces that the dividend distribution announcement approved by Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR) will be published in the newspapers on November 13 2023.
