Strategic Review

Further to the recent announcement by Eastern European Property Fund Limited ("EEP" or the "Company") regarding its strategic review and consultation with shareholders, the Board has determined to move forward with proposals to de-list the Company in due course.

The Board expects to put forward a formal proposal for the de-listing of the Company early in the New Year. Further details will be announced in due course.
