TV Commerce Holdings PLC12 March 2008 TV Commerce Holdings Plc ('TV Commerce' or 'the Company') Capital Reduction Further to the announcement on 24 January 2008 regarding the capital reduction the Board of TV Commerce is pleased to announce the payment of 0.006231p per share payable on 17 March 2008 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 13 March 2008. The Company has 64,179,632 ordinary shares in issue and therefore will be paying £399,903.29 in relation to the capital reduction. Seymour Pierce Limited will resign as NOMAD and Broker to the Company from the close of business on 14 March 2008 and the Company's trading will be suspended on AIM from 17 March 2008. The Company will have one month from 17 March 2008 to appoint a new NOMAD and Broker otherwise the admission of its securities will be cancelled. The Company is currently in discussions with a new NOMAD and Broker and hopes to make an announcement shortly.
