Autumn workshop events
ECSC Group plc (AIM: ECSC), the provider of cyber security services, is pleased to announce that it will be holding six in-person cyber security workshop events in September and October 2021. These events will be held in London and Bradford and will provide an insight into proven strategies to help individuals or organisations improve their cyber security.
'Serious About Cyber - The SIEM Design Workshop' will take place on 28 September 2021 between 9:45am and 3:15pm in Bradford and on 27 October between 9:45am and 3:15pm in London. This workshop is aimed at all organisations with a Security Information and Event Management Solution (SIEM) to learn about the enhancement of a current solution or the selection of the right product or service. ECSC has over a decade of experience designing, implementing and managing SIEM solutions for clients of all sizes.
'Serious About Cyber - The WAF Design Workshop' will take place on 29 September 2021 between 9:45am and 3:15pm in Bradford and on 28 October between 9:45am and 3:15pm in London. WAF (Web Application Firewall) is an important aspect of cyber security, and this workshop is aimed at all organisations concerned with the cyber breach protection within their current e-commerce website hosting. ECSC will conduct a pre-event scoping session for each organisation attending to ensure the content is directly relevant. ECSC has over two decades of experience designing, implementing, and managing WAF solutions to protect websites of all sizes.
'Serious About Cyber - The SME Design Workshop' will take place on 30 September 2021 between 9:45am and 3:15pm in Bradford and on 26 October between 9:45am and 3:15pm in London. This is aimed at SME owners and directors. This workshop is designed for any organisation concerned with the cyber security of their IT systems. With new data protection legislation in the UK, and the large fines introduced with the UK GDPR, small organisations need to have effective cyber security. This event will include insight into the main hacker attack routes, and associated techniques, relating to your organisation's current IT systems and its users.
The Company continues to monitor the evolving situation relating to the Covid-19 pandemic and will be implementing social distancing measures and other health and safety precautions at the workshops.
